Ho Ho Ho,
The 2022 crypto year of all emotions, high and low, is coming to an end. And boy, we are tired! All my calls this month showed the level of exhaustion we are all feeling after a year of meaningless NFT headlines, crypto speculation and constant self-doubt.
The good news is that we are still here (you reading and me writing), and that’s great. We might be fewer people, but we’re in better company, which means we can focus on the meaningful Web3 ecosystem we are building for digital artists, collectors and projects.
To close the year, the last 2022 newsfeed focuses on a few crypto art projects that were just released that would make great holiday presents (I indulged in the holiday shopping myself) along with a few, curated 2022 best-of-crypto lists.
Ah, one last thing: if you are a crypto artist or if you know someone in need of help, such as audit current positioning, help with a specific project, plan a new release, review strategy, increase outreach, etc., the super LAL ART team and myself are offering advisory sessions at $250 or equivalent in crypto (0.21 ETH today) that you can book at this link. It’s a holiday special!
That’s it. Now you can enjoy your well-deserved holidays with family and friends. This is what matters most!
Holiday cheers,
Fanny & the LAL ART Team
That’s it 2022. You’ve been a rollercoaster to say the least. I used DALL-E to create this blockchain-inspired atrocity below, proving once more if needed that AI does not make or replace the artist (get over it!).
Welcome 2023. Special thanks to Lapin Mignon who made a planet I want to live on in 2023. She used a “Text to not-AI” prompt to manually create this beauty. Here is my wish for next year: “A rainbow planet with many little and diverse mignons all holding hands in a fun, blockchain-based theme park.”
Hope you join us in this world in 2023. All welcome!
